Cycle on an e-bike through Italy

Cycle through Puglia in south eastern Italy which encompasses the heel of Italy's boot and is bordered by the sea on two sides (the Adriatic Sea in the east and the Ionian Sea to the southeast). The region is characterised by endless olive groves, long fields of grain and vineyards.  

Or perhaps Northern Italy starting in Vicenza near Venice then cycling a loop through towns and cities which are considered to be some of the most beautiful in Italy and the Veneto region.
